The Referrals Dashboard

Organization → Dashboard shows every active (non-archived) referral for your current form, updating live over a WebSocket connection as new ones arrive or existing ones change — no need to refresh the page.

Layout

  • New — referrals that just arrived and haven't been triaged yet.
  • The middle section groups referrals by their current step/category.
  • Awaiting patient response — a collapsible panel for referrals that are waiting on someone to respond, kept out of the way until you expand it.

Referral states

Each referral tracks whether it has been successfully scheduled:

  • Scheduled (green) — marked as a successful outcome.
  • Unscheduled (red) — marked as not converting.
  • Undetermined (gray) — no outcome recorded yet.

A source's pie chart on the Sources page is just a count of its referrals in each of these three states.

Reloading

Click Reload to force a fresh fetch if you ever suspect the live feed has fallen behind (for example, after a long idle period before the WebSocket reconnects).

Archive

Referrals you're done with — successfully resolved, abandoned, or otherwise no longer actionable — move to Organization → Archive, either manually or automatically via popbacks. From the archive you can permanently delete a referral or send it back to the active dashboard with Unarchive.
